How it works?

If you are on any MARKETPLACE such as LAZADA, 11Street, Shopee, Zalora, Lelong and etc, EIM is designed for you which is easy to use with the minimim mouse click to store as many detail as possible.It is designed with almost free of using KEYBOARD and MOUSE during the orders' registration.

SKUs REGISTRATION

Register your SKUs with barcode, base price, selling price and intitial quantity within the EIM. The SKUs' quantities are then updated via creation of purchase order.

CATEGORIES COMMISSION SETUP

You may define different commission percentage applied for different categories throughout various MARKETPLACE. Payment gateway and related tax could be defined accordingly.

SCAN ORDERS

Each received order is scanned using barcode scanner via Desktop System Interface (DSI) or POS System Interface (PSI). The orders are registered with its order number and tracking number. The orders that are with no barcode scanned capability, could be generated with one button click or with or shortcut ket, F8.

TRACK & TRACE

Once the order with tracking number has been scanned, one could track and trace using the automation button. All records will be stored safely in your EIM.

EIM serves the best assistant to Ecommerce's merchants by recording their orders daily basis with barcode scan capability to save a logs of activities. The main idea of developing the software is to monitor SKUs quantity level, deciding the selling price to be more competitive without loosing any single cent due to other charges like commission, payment gateway and etc, to counter-check the payout (take-back) from cross platform like LAZADA, 11STREET..., to track the parcels without loosing the deals (due to return, location not found, receiver not at permis) and more.

Desktop/POS System Interface

Likewise other inventory software management does, the user interacts with desktop designed user interface to which allow the datas to be keyed in via KEYBOARD and MOUSE. The Desktop System Interface (DSI) is widely used for office data management purpose. However, the designed of interface becomes so much different when operation is involved. The POS System Interface (PSI) has widely applied and used in retail outlets with integration of barcode scanner hardware and minimize the KEYBOARD and MOUSE interaction resulting a quick data check-in. EIM is the first software that comes with both user interface, the DSI and PSI.

Payout Counter-Check

Being the merchants of various online platform, to trace back all the outbound orders for matching the payout from various of 3rd onlinestore would be very challenging. To be an accountant of yourself, you do not need more the knowledge and skill to tabulate your accounting detail and the most perfect, you do not have to rely on 3rd party to summarize you account. With no accounting skill needed,now, you could easily counter check the payback from LAZADA, 11STREET, SHOPEE, LELONG and more. The calculation could be customized based on different category you are in and the payment charge by different cross platforms....

Avoid Duplication Parcels

In some cases, when your volume of orders increase, it is challenging to avoild duplication of parcels created unless you have enough of resources to double check your packed parcels before picking up by 3PL. The 'Idiot-Proof' feature which the concept has been recognize by Japanese (known as POKA YOKE, in japanese) in their car manufacturing production. EIM is built with such feature from the inspiration from Japanese culture. The system prvented duplication of order number and tracking number being scanned to avoid multiplication of parcels.

Automation Tracking

Most of the seller back office or known as seller centre, the parcels' status can be easily known once the system is being updated. This is trutly amazing where one could easily monitor the parcels' track. However, there is one gap which has missing. Only DELIVERED or RETURNED status is available. The returned parcels could be easily avoided by monitoring the track directly from the 3PL's website. Do you know most of the returns or delivers failure are due to the recipients are not staying at their permis to receive, the location is unable to locate, the location belongs to outskird area, and etc. With the automation tracking, we could take advance action by communicate with the buyer and 3PL to take further action. About 10% of the parcels fall to this area.

Decide stock volume

To compete with the market, the factors of increasing sales have been impacted by several reasons such as price or discount, store's rating, and more. To step on buyer's foot, we also noticed that the stock's availability is one of the major factors that lead the sale to be successed. However, it is not practical if you are keeping stock for every item (say you are selling more than 100 items). Thus, to be an effective seller in managing cash on hand, you need to judge the stock keeping unit according to its popularity. You will be able to analyze through EIM on your stock movement for a time period in which enable you to decide the appropriate stock volume.

This section serves only a preliminary questions and answers. We are launching our forum soon to discuss not only about the software (back-end operation), also, front-end operation such as cross platform selling and more.

Are we competence enough in providing such software solutions?

We have been operating our business in many discipline fields include engineering software simulation, developing of eccomerce website, branding service provider, We experienced with merchants from LAZADA, 11STREET, SHOPEE, RAKUTEN, GROUPON, LELONG and etc for more than 5 years ago. We have studied in detail the operation needed as a merchant's requirement.

What are the requirement needed to utilize the software?

The software is powered by Microsoft Access. You need to have at least Microsoft Office version 2013 or the latest either in 32 bits or 64 bits and well operated in windows 8 or windows 8.1 (which has fully tested). It is preferred you to be equipped with barcode scanner hardware since througthout the operation, scanning the barcode will be practised (that is the reason why the software is built for. However, for some rare case, where the barcode is not available, EIM could generate your barcode for you easily.

What are the supports we provide?

We provide different supports via different channels such as telephone, email or remote access. We are developing our forum now which to allow our users to have more discussion about their problems within the page.

Can I upgrade my account from Starter to Premium?

You may upgrade your package at any time that you wish. Your license will be upgraded automatically via our license server. Please contact us for this manner.

Where are the datas store?

We do not rely on cloud server or remote server to store your datas as it may expose to any risks. Your datas are kept safely in your local drive. You are encourage to do backup by your own or we could manage for you using our backup software.

How many users utilize the software?

If you have different PCs for end user (clients), we could store your datas in a PC which serves as server to allow the clients to access at the same time within your local area network (LAN). You may setup the credentials for your clients to access certain functionality of the software or to credit them either they could edit the datas or just viewing the datas.
